Originally custom built approximately 30 years ago, this family home had great bones and meaningful architectural details, but it was time to evolve. We expanded the main living areas, moved walls, and created a more open floor plan designed around the clients’ love of entertaining. Walnut cabinetry brings richness to the kitchen, while custom features throughout the home make every space feel intentional. We preserved the original brick fireplace, incorporated the client’s favorite color (green!) and created a showstopping butler’s pantry that makes hosting even easier. It was a true collaboration and a dramatic transformation that still feels connected to the home’s history.
